The house has recently been professionally painted throughout, and the carpets, which were installed in 2017, have been professionally cleaned. The brick patio, concrete slab, and rear siding have been power washed. Flower beds have been recently mulched. There are three elderly, well-behaved cats in the house (Rae, Teepoe, and Aiko).
